Our Mission is to empower youth, collegiate, and post-collegiate athletes to reach their full Potential both on and off the track. Through a commitment to excellence, integrity, and community. We provide mentorship, support to foster personal growth, athletic achievement, and lifelong success. We strive to provide an all inclusive environment where coaches and athletes alike strive to cultivate a passion of achieving goals through Track and Field and beyond.

Organizational goals

Community Outreach and Engagement:

Meet our Coaches

Speed Development

Coach Shaheed “Heed” Hickman has an attuned experience when it comes to sprints in Track and Field with 5 years of coaching sprints. His coaching philosophy mixes grit with professionalism to insure that all athletes developing the proper mindset to excel on and off the track.

Formally JUCO/D2 athlete in track and field with success at all levels competing at several National events. He knows what it takes inwardly and outwardly to embody the mindset of a Champion on the track while fostering growth as a person off the track.


Strength And Condtioning

Coach Andre “Dre” Chisley Jr. brings a strong background in kinesiology and over 4 years of experience in the field as not only a Director of Strength and Conditioning in Hopkins School District, but as a owner of a Strength and conditioning Owner, where he has led the development of athletes across multiple programs. His training philosophy blends science-based methods with practical application, helping athletes maximize performance, reduce injury risk, and build long-term strength.

As a former Division I football player who later transferred to Bemidji State University, as a coach he understands firsthand the demands of competing at the collegiate level. His unique combination of athletic experience and professional expertise allows him to connect with athletes while preparing them to compete at their highest potential.


Recruitment Liaison

Coach Eric Mensah Jr. brings an aspiring contribution in and over 3 years of experience as a recruitment guide, he has connected with several coaches from the D1 - D3 levels. His experience with Connecting to athletes and coaches gives our program a great addition to the recruitment Process for athletes wishing to further their education.

As a former JUCO Track and field athlete also as a student at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, Coach Eric understands firsthand the Standards of College recruitment readiness for the High school level Students. His unique combination of athletic experience and Recruitment expertise allows him to connect with athletes while preparing them to be seen by coaches at the next level.
