Welcome to Push Athletics Track Club
Our club offers a comprehensive programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We provide expert coaching in Speed and Agility ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and guidance. Our coaches are passionate about track and field and are committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential.
We emphasize the importance of proper technique, physical conditioning, and mental preparation, creating a well-rounded training regimen that promotes overall health and well-being.
Youth Training Schedule
Youth/HS Speed Training >> Monday & Wednesday 6:30 pm - 8 pm
Youth/HS Strength Training >> Friday & Sunday 6:30- 8 (Fri) / 3 - 4:30 pm (Sun)
